The Heavy Duty Decoiler is available with brake de-coiling (shoe type). The heavy duty decoiler is capable of withstanding heavy loads due to its precision construction. In the interior, the coils are spread across the expandable drum while the centering is done by movement of the screw in front & toughened EN8 shaft mounted on 2 Radial Ball Bearings.

We develop straightening machines for any type of components. These component straighteners are used for straightening of components of any shape from the minimum thickness of 0.1mm up to 40mm thick. Minimum width of component can be 10mm up to 2000 mm. Max flatness accuracy of 0.030 mm(30 microns) have been achieved in some machines.The Component straightener can be is 4 Hi or 6 Hi as per the components.Components can be of any material. Component straightener consists of hi precision ground hard chrome plated rollers. Each roller is driven by separate propeller shaft from the Axillary Gear box of ELECON / NORD make. Each roller is mounted on precision needle roller bearings of INA (Germany make)/IKO (Japan Make).

Auxiliary gear box consists of hardened and ground precision gears mounted on needle roller bearings with brass washers on both sides of the gears. 4 Dial indicators of Mitutoyo/Baker to read the up and down of the rollers. Up and down of the rollers is done by Worm Assy and screws with micro thread. All the plates of the head of the straightener are precision grounded. Slides and bottom plate of the straightening head are scraped. Our component straighteners are CE-Marked (by America Quality Standard Registrar).Component straightener can also be equipped with variable frequency drive ABB make to change the speed of the motor as per change in the material of the component to save the down time to change the pulley of the motor or gearbox. Each bearing is lubricated with hand/motorized lubrication pump to increase the life of the bearing. Component Straightener can be equipped with belt conveyor or pneumatic automatic feeder equipped with Festo make pneumatic and digital counter to count the total components feed. Slides of the feeder are of hardened and precision ground.

Pull - Through Wire StraightenerPull - Through Wire Straightener is used for Straightening of wires & rectangular sections.
